I highly recommend Helen for her exceptional acupuncture treatments. She is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I didn't feel any pain at all during the session. Needles were placed around my wrist, chest, abdomen, and ankles, and a few minutes later, I felt warmth in those areas. I was nervous about the needles in my abdomen, but I felt no pain or tickling! A moxa herb was lit on areas around my chest, providing a warm and comfortable sensation. I did not feel her take any needles out at all! I was so relaxed throughout the process, which truly reflects the principles of holistic medicine endorsed by the British Acupuncture Council.
